Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book my bridal hair and makeup?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (spring/summer).
Do you offer trials? Are they required?
Yes, we offer bridal trials and highly recommend them. It’s a great way to try different looks and ensure you're 100% confident for your big day. They are not required so don’t feel pressured.
What happens during a trial?
We’ll discuss your vision, skin type, hair texture, and try out different styles. Please bring inspiration photos, and ideally wear a white or light-colored top to simulate your wedding dress. If you are having a spray tan for your wedding please get one for your trial too a few days prior, this would also be a great way to do a trial spray tan.
How long does the trial take?
Expect the trial to last 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on whether you’re doing both hair and makeup.
Can you accommodate large bridal parties?
Yes! We work with a team of professional artists to handle parties of all sizes. Just let us know the number of people in advance.
Do you travel to my location?
Yes, we are a mobile bridal beauty team and can travel to your getting-ready location. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
What brands/products do you use?
We use high-end, professional-grade products (Urban Decay, Tarte, Stila Charlotte Tilbury, etc.) designed for long wear and HD photography.
How long will my hair and makeup last?
With proper prep and professional products, your look will last all day and night — through tears, hugs, and dancing!
Do you offer touch-up services?
Yes, we can offer touch-up kits or stay for on-site touch-ups or a second look (additional fees apply).
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Cancellations within a certain time frame may result in additional charges — please review our full policy upon booking.
Can I bring photos of styles I like?
Absolutely! We encourage inspiration photos to help us understand your style and desired look.
Do you work with all skin tones and hair types?
Yes! We are trained and experienced in working with diverse skin tones and hair textures.
What should I do to prep my skin and hair?
We'll provide you with a prep guide before your trial and wedding day. Typically, clean, dry hair and a fresh, moisturized face are best.
How much time should I allocate for hair and makeup on the wedding day?
Usually, we schedule about 45–60 minutes per person for each service, plus buffer time to keep everything running smoothly.
