Hey, I'm Kara — the face behind Dreamy Looks!

I'm all about creating unforgettable wedding mornings filled with good vibes, glowing skin, and the hair & makeup you’ve been dreaming of!

My journey started at 17 with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, where I fell in love with skincare, relaxation techniques, and the magic of a great skin prep. From there, I dove into hairdressing, learning how to shape and style hair to flatter every face.

Next stop? A Diploma in Cinemagraphic Makeup at AACM in Brisbane — where I launched my business and gained hands-on experience in everything from bridal glam to airbrush, editorial, and even special effects makeup.

In February 2025, I rebranded Dreamy Looks to focus solely on weddings — because nothing lights me up more than sharing the love and magic with my beautiful brides.

With over 30 weddings booked for 2025, I’m beyond grateful to do what I love every single day. Thank you for trusting me to be a part of your special moment — let’s make it dreamy!
